Founded in 1998 Novanet Semiconductors LTD, a fabless semiconductor start-up for Networking and Telecom. Served as a CEO of the company during its life span. Negotiated and signed of strategic partnership with Ericsson Components, resulting in several millions investment. Managed a multiple parallel development projects for ultra-high speed environments, including 2.5Gbps ATM, resulting in a wide industry interest in Novanet’s products. Negotiated and signed an M&A agreement between Novanet and Conexant Systems for a total sum of $145,000,000.
Founded in 1988 Novacom Technologies LTD as single chip solutions provider and served as its CEO for 15 years. Single-handed developed multi-platform chips. Initiated an international marketing and sales operation which reached sales of more than 500,000 units.
