Erez Meltzer is one of the leading business people in Israel with more than 35 years of experience as a Chairman and CEO in various global companies. He is currently the CEO of Nanox Vision and he serves as the Executive Chairman and Executive Vice Chairman of leading Israeli companies in the Agro Tech and BioMed sectors. He is investing and active in various business areas including: agriculture, global industries, logistics, biomed and pharma.

Erez is the former Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hadassah University Medical Center. Between 2009-2104 he was the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Gadot Chemicals & Shipping Group and before, the CEO of Africa-Israel Ltd.– one of the largest holding companies in Israel. In 2007 he led the largest ever Israeli IPO, when he listed AFI development on the LSE main list, raising $1.3B in capital.

Prior to his position as the CEO of Africa- Israel, he was the President and CEO of Netafim in which he led one of the most challenging turnarounds in Israel. He is the Chairman of Supplant Technology Ltd. a leading digital farming developer and provider, and a major shareholder of SupPlnat Agro-Project Ltd., which was leading tens of agro projects in various ag areas around the world, conducting feasibility studies, master plans and projects management. Prior to Netafim he was the President and CEO of CreoScitex, (formerly Scitex), a world leader in the digital printing equipment industry, and held various CEO positions in the telecommunications and semiconductors Industries.

He served as the Chairman of many Israeli operating, industrial, technology, retail and Real Estate companies such as:  Hadasit, Gaon Agro Holdings, Zara (Israel), Eltek, Ericom, MIS Dental implants, MTS. Erez served as a BOD member of various companies such as:  Arumor, Alon USA and Israel, Derech Eretz, Blue Square- Mega and others.

For more than a decade, he is a teaching professor on Crisis Management in organizations, in the Executive Management graduate programs at the Tel- Aviv University and in the Peres Academic Center (college).

 Erez Meltzer is a veteran of the Israeli Defense Forces– Armored Corps -Brigade Commander (Colonel – res.).  

In addition to his duties, Erez is dedicating these days’ time to various none for profit and Social Responsibility activities. He serves as Chairman of the Loewenstein Hospital Friends Association, and the Chairman of the leading Israeli research institute- Reut group, Or Movement and others.

Erez Meltzer has been awarded, the International Legacy Honor Award in the YPO-WPO organization, for his leadership, business achievements and his contribution to the community and society.

Born in New York, educated in Israel and the USA, (Economics & Business- Hebrew University, Business in Boston University and graduated the Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School).

Erez lives in Ra’anana, Israel. He is married to Dorit, and a proud father of 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
